IN BALANCE---WITH B'S

A QUOTE FROM ALICE WATERS, OWNER OF CHEZ PANISSE RESTAURANT IN BERKELEY, CALIFORNIA: "DON'T WORRY SO MUCH ABOUT [MY DAUGHTER] FANNY'S FUTURE. SHE'S PART OF THE WORLD THAT UNDERSTANDS REAL PRIORITIES, AND PART OF THE GENERATION THAT WILL REGENERATE THE PLANET."

IT ALL BEGINS WITH THE A "B" ILITY TO LOVE EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE.

AND HER FAITHFUL COMPANION, MR. BEAR.

AND THE HEALTH OF THE BEES.

THE GENERATION THAT WILL REGENERATE THE PLANET. A DELICATE BALANCE.

  3. Suz and Brian, Thanks for the comments. I think that if there is ever going to be a chance, this generation will be the one. They are all so smart and talented. I cannot believe the things that come out of Natalie's mouth. So insightful and amazing. Suz...I don't know why her bangs look crimped. I noticed that too. But they are not. The camera must somehow distort them. Weird! Bear is a love! He has an injured patella (sp) (knee) so he resorts to staying on only the rugs in the house, not the wood floors. We always joke and say that he is on "rug island". Have great weekends everyone.

  5. Dear Teri,

I love the photo of the girl holding 'Bear'. The name suites the dog.

No matter how much w love them, all we can do is give our children guidance and love when we set them free to explore the world around them.

    Wishing you a wonderful weekend,
    Egmont
