Tornado Warning Issued In Sac, Yolo Counties - Video - KCRA Sacramento
Who would ever think that we would have a tornado warning here in California! We have certainly been having some strange weather here lately. Right now, as I'm looking outside the window of my office, it is really grey and raining and hailing like crazy. I guess my garden has no chance! My poor tomato plants!

craziness...stay safe!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Teri. I heard about the rain, hail, and the funnel a little while ago. It's really strange weather. We live in Modesto, and it rained a little today, and it was a bit chilly. It makes you wonder what it could all mean. Take care, have a great Thursday.
ReplyDeleteHope you're safe. Some people don't have safe shelter spots to go to. I'm so used to the warnings here in Illinois that I keep a well stocked shelter area in the basement under the stairs. It seems whenever we get storms there is a warning. This is really unusual for your parts. What is going on? Some have said this weather is a product of HAARP up there in Alaska. Hmm... makes me wonder.
ReplyDeleteHere too! In fact a tornado touched down and did some serious damage in nearby Springfield, very unusual. Once we're home from the wedding this weekend I'm going to focus on preparing a safe spot in the basement with some water, candles, etc. I never thought I'd have to say that out here, but apparently there are some crazy times ahead...
ReplyDeleteoh the tomato plants
ReplyDeletebut glad you are safe
Wow I would have never had guessed that, now and earthquake I could understand but a tornado. Scary.
