Strongest solar storm since 2005 hitting Earth

Strongest solar storm since 2005 hitting Earth

My husband got information in his email this morning regarding this latest solar flare because he is a ham radio operator. I listened to him reporting it to me and then I wondered to myself  "what are the effects on us as human beings from this flare?" Cause and effect, right? Maybe some of you might be able to see the aurora they speak of. Things like this make me wonder about things we cannot see. And those that we can!

  1. this year is supposed to be really active as far as the sun...i think this one is only a precursor of what is to come based on several reports...

  2. Things like this make me realize how vulnerable we are to the activities of the universe. Interesting that there is no information out there about this latest storm, but I guess if we lived through the 2005 event we can weather this storm too.

  4. I am hoping to see the aurora tonight...am I trusting to say I am not afraid???? Faith is trusting things we can not see. Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
