The most important aspect of being on the spiritual path may be to just keep moving...How do we work with our minds when we meet our match? Rather than indulge or reject our experience, we can somehow let the energy of the emotion, the quality of what we're feeling, pierce us to the heart.

I love Pema Chodron...I had a calendar with her quotes last year, but haven't found one yet for this year. Bodi is such a pretty pooch! I adore her ears, they remind me of ponytails. xo

ReplyDeleteKaren--Bodhi is a boy but he is a pretty as a girl, isn't he? He just got a hair cut this week so he looks a bit more "together" than he did here at the ocean.
