WHAT'S FOR DINNER

My friend, Betty, gave me this recipe the other day over the phone. It sounds yummy and since the two of us have a fondness for quiche, it sounds like it was worth making today. So, here it is:

Stouffer's Spinach Souffle' Quiche

1 deep-dish pie crust
Thaw souffle'
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbl. milk
2-3 teas. chopped onions
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 lb. sausage, cooked
3/4-1 cup grated Swiss cheese

Combine all ingredients and bake a 400 degrees for 30-35 min. You might want to cover the edge of the crust with aluminum foil so that it doesn't get too brown. I sliced up the sausage into small pieces. I just used some chicken apple sausage that was pre-cooked and hope that it tastes just as good.
